Refund policy

If you have any problem with your order, please contact us through our Contact page or by email at info@analisasplendid.com. Please include your order number in all communications.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by contacting us through our Contact page or by emailing info@analisasplendid.com, stating your name and order number.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. You may choose the shipping carrier of your preference and must send the item to the address provided in our return instructions.

The returned item must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. To help us process your refund as quickly as possible, please provide proof of shipment or the tracking number.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs of the original order (if applicable under EU law), within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost, or you may request a refund.

If the quantity of items received is incorrect, you may choose either a refund for the missing items or for us to resend the missing items at no additional cost.

If you receive an incorrect item, you may return it and receive a full refund using the original payment method, or request a replacement where available.

Size Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at info@analisasplendid.com with your name and order number within 14 days of receiving your order. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exceptions

Returns and the right of withdrawal do not apply to:

• Personalized or custom-made items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
  

• Any other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
