If you have any problem with your order, you must write to us through Contact or send us an email to info@analisasplendid.com. Don't forget to indicate your order number in the message.

If you have received a damaged item a new one will be sent to you at no additional cost.

You may return an item for sizing reasons. To do this, you must write to us at info@analisasplendid.com, indicating your name and order number. You must send us the email within 5 days after receiving your order, after this date no request will be accepted. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to make it. You must return your item to the address and date provided, being able to choose the parcel service you prefer. The customer must pay the shipping costs for the return.

If you do not return your order within the deadline, the return will be cancelled. To avoid cancellation and obtain a refund as soon as possible, you must send us proof of shipping or simply the tracking number.

If you wish, you can return the item and accept that we send it to you in another size.

Returns will not be accepted on personalized items unless they have arrived damaged.

If the quantity of items received is incorrect, you may choose a refund or accept that we resend the remaining items at no additional cost.

If the item received is incorrect, you can return it and obtain the corresponding refund in the original payment method.
