Order Processing and Preparation Time

Our order preparation times may vary depending on product availability and whether an item is made to order.

• In-stock items: Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

• Custom-made dresses: Production usually takes 1–2 weeks and may take up to 1 month, depending on the design and complexity of the garment.

Please note that processing and production times are separate from shipping and delivery times.

The following delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, and local delivery services.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for selected destinations.

Estimated express delivery times are approximately 10–19 days, depending on the destination country and shipping service.

If express shipping is available for your location, you can select this option at checkout.

Please note that express shipping does not necessarily shorten the production time of custom-made items.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

As our orders are shipped from China, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are determined by the relevant authorities and may be payable by the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

Analisa Splendid is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, or other clearance processes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active, as updates may not appear immediately after dispatch.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately depending on availability or warehouse location. In such cases, separate tracking information may be provided, and your items may arrive on different dates.
