Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, subject to the legal exceptions described below.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision.

We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and address. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the direct cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility, provided this has been communicated before purchase.

Returned items should be in their original condition, with no damage beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and fit.

Refunds

Once you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, where applicable.

We are not required to reimburse additional delivery costs if you selected a more expensive shipping option than the least expensive standard delivery offered.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be processed within the applicable legal deadline.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, please contact us at info@analisasplendid.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue, where applicable.

We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

You will not be required to pay return shipping costs for items that are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Missing Items or Incorrect Quantities

If you receive fewer items than you ordered, please contact us with your order number and details of the missing items.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for the missing items to be shipped at no additional cost or provide another suitable solution in accordance with applicable law.

Size Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at info@analisasplendid.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Please include your name, order number, and the size you would like to exchange.

Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

For exchanges due to a change of mind or size preference, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law.

Please note that your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this exchange policy.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items: Products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, such as dresses created using individual measurements or specific design requests.

  • Hygiene-related products: Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
